Maurice Hord, MD

Dr. Hord attended medical school at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and completed his OB/GYN residency with Bayfront Health St. Petersburg. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and believes in building lasting relationships with his patients through every stage of life. Dr. Hord has a special interest in preventive women’s health, obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, and empowering patients through education and open communication.

Dr. Hord strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and supported. He is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in women’s healthcare to provide evidence-based, individualized treatment for every patient.

When he is not taking care of his patients, Dr. Hord enjoys spending time with family, traveling, staying active, and enjoying the Florida outdoors.
